Shipping

(1) No shipping costs will be charged for self-collection. For collection, it is mandatory to place a prior order as self-collection in the online store and to notify us that the goods are ready for collection. Self-collection of the goods is possible Mon-Thu 8 am - 4 pm, Fri 8 am - 1 pm or by arrangement.

(2) Shipping is at the customer's expense. The shipping costs and delivery times are shown in the following lists for parcel shipping, bulky goods shipping and forwarding agent shipping. The shipping costs are displayed to the customer before their order in the order overview.

(3) We are entitled to make partial deliveries to a reasonable extent. In the case of partial deliveries, the customer shall only bear the shipping costs that would have been incurred in the event of full delivery of the ordered goods.

(4) If an item cannot be delivered because we are not supplied correctly or on time by our supplier through no fault of our own, despite the supplier's contractual obligation, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract. entitled to withdraw from the contract. Delivery to non-EU countries

Information on delivery by freight forwarder

(1) Delivery is made by truck and "free curbside", i.e. up to the public curb closest to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please note that the delivery of the goods to the delivery address "free curbside" cannot be carried out by the forwarding company in the following cases due to the lack of accessibility for trucks:

If one of the above-mentioned special features applies to the desired delivery address or if you are unsure about it, please contact our customer service by phone or email before placing an order to clarify whether and to which location a delivery can be made.

(2) Please also note that it is necessary for you to be personally present at the delivery address when the goods are delivered by the shipping company. Firstly, because you must confirm the delivery of the goods in writing. Secondly, the unloading of the goods requires your assistance in such a way that you physically support the shipping company employee in unloading the goods from the truck to the curb. You must therefore be physically able to lift a weight of up to 30 kilograms.

(3) Finally, please note that no specific desired time for delivery can be agreed. The shipping company will agree with you a delivery on a desired day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in a time window from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Your presence at the delivery address is required during the entire time window. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the delivery time more precisely.

(4) The prices at the time of the order apply. All prices include the applicable German VAT.

(5) Shipping is at the customer's expense. The shipping costs by shipping company are shown to the customer on the order overview before they place their order. The shipping costs by shipping company are calculated for each country based on the greatest possible distance. For shorter distances - and therefore lower shipping costs - we will refund the shipping costs paid in excess.

(6) Payment is generally made at the customer's discretion via Paypal Standard or prepayment. The corresponding costs are indicated to the customer on the overview page before placing the order.

(7) The customer is only entitled to set-off rights with claims that are undisputed by us or have been legally established against us. The customer is only entitled to exercise a right of retention to the extent that his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

Payment methods and payment

1) The prices at the time of the order apply. All prices include the applicable German statutory VAT.

(2) Payment is generally made at the customer's discretion via Paypal Standard, prepayment or cash on delivery. If payment is made cash on delivery, additional costs of € 8.38 are incurred, which must be borne by the customer.
