How can I register or log in?

At the top right, right next to the shopping cart, there is a “Log in” button. Clicking on this button will take you to a page where you can register your customer account. You will then receive an email from us with your registration details.

Are there any costs involved in creating a customer account?

No!

Is a customer account necessary?

No! You do not need a customer account to shop in our web shop. You can create your customer account during the ordering process—just check the box “Create customer account.”

What are the advantages of a customer account?

With a customer account, you have access to additional features of our online shop: wish list, overview of your orders, and frequently purchased items.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

You can change your password at any time! Click on “Log in” in the top right-hand corner of the online shop, next to the shopping cart. On the following page, click on the link “I have forgotten my password” in the “Login for customers with a regular account” section. Enter the email address stored in your customer account and click on “Request email.” We will immediately send you an email that you can use to set a new password. You can, of course, change the new password to whatever you like.

Why haven't I received an email about the registration of my customer account?

A common reason is that the email address was entered incorrectly or that your email inbox is full. If you have problems with your customer account, please send us a message using the contact form.

Why can't I reset my password?

If you already have a customer account, we will send you an email allowing you to set a new password. Have you placed orders as a guest in the past? If so, this function is not available to you! Please use the contact form to let us know which email address you would like to use for your customer account. We will manually convert your guest account to a customer account and inform you by email. Processing takes one to two business days.

How do I change my name?

How do I change my password?

How can I delete my customer account?

To have your account deleted, please call us. We will then send you a short email with a request. Once you have confirmed the deletion by email, we will delete your account data.

Can I find all my orders in my customer account?

No. You will only find orders that you have placed via the web shop in your customer account. Orders placed by phone or email will not be displayed in the order overview.

How secure is my customer account?

Nothing is more important than protecting your personal data. That is why we comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG), and other data protection regulations. You can find more information under privacy.

Do you pass on my personal data?

Of course not. We only use your data in accordance with the statutory provisions. You can find further information under privacy. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will not pass on your email address to third parties.

Is the shop secure?

Your personal data is transmitted to us in encrypted form using digital security systems (SSL). Our web shop is protected against unauthorized access by technical measures. All employees who come into contact with customer data have signed a data protection declaration.

Is it possible to get an additional discount on the prices?

Our products are already offered at the best possible price in our online shop, so further discounts are not possible.

Are the spare parts original products?

No, not all items are original Porsche spare parts. So that you know what you are buying, we indicate the manufacturer for each item. Other items are from the original manufacturers. These spare parts are of equivalent quality, as they were often also produced by these manufacturers for the original equipment. If you have any questions about quality or the manufacturer, please send us a message using the contact form.

Is there a minimum order value?

No.

Which items are available?

If an item has a blue “Add to cart” button and you can add the item to your cart, the item is in stock. You can only add the quantity to your cart that we currently have in stock. We update the inventory in the web shop several times a day. If you would like to purchase an item that is currently unavailable or not available in the desired quantity, please send us a message using the contact form.

Will I receive the item described in the shop?

Yes. You will receive exactly the item from the manufacturer specified.

Will the item fit my vehicle?

Please read the item description. Before purchasing the item, please check whether it fits your vehicle. If you are unsure, please send us a message using the contact form. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee compatibility based on the chassis number alone. To check, we need key numbers 2 and 3 from the European vehicle registration document, as well as the model, engine, body, year of manufacture, and equipment variant (e.g., Sport).

Where can I find my Porsche spare part number?

You can download spare parts lists for each model from the german Porsche Classic Original Parts website. Enter your “model” and “year of manufacture” in the catalog selection on the Porsche website. Click on “Display” to download a PDF with the spare parts catalog.

Where can I find my spare part in a technical drawing?

What happens if the goods are not available?

All items you see in the web shop are in stock and therefore available. However, nobody is perfect, and it may happen, for example, that the last item is damaged or dirty. In this case, we will of course not deliver or charge for this item. We will contact you immediately if we are unable to deliver an item. For organizational reasons, we are unable to deliver the goods at a later date in this extremely rare case. Any purchase price already paid will of course be refunded immediately.

Do you have any other items on offer?

Yes. We do not yet carry all items in our online store. If you cannot find something in the online store, please send us a message using the contact form.

How is VAT calculated?

The delivery address is decisive. For deliveries to private individuals within Germany and EU member states, the respective VAT is shown.

What payment options are available?

We currently offer the following two payment methods:

If you choose to pay in advance, please transfer the invoice amount to us as soon as possible after placing your order. Your order will be processed once payment has been received. For the other payment methods, you will be automatically redirected to an encrypted page of the service provider during the ordering process, where you can make your payment.

My credit card payment is not working – what should I do?

You may have entered the “Mastercard SecureCode” or “Verified by VISA code” incorrectly or not at all. This code should not be confused with the verification digits on the back of the credit card. Another reason may be that you are using security, antivirus, or ad-blocking programs that consider credit card payments to be a risk. In addition, cookies must be enabled for some payment service providers in order for the payment to be successful. How long does a bank transfer take?

A bank transfer usually takes 2-3 business days. Your order will be processed after payment has been received. Please understand that we can only begin processing your order after payment has been received in our account. If the money is transferred several days after the order is placed, the delivery date will also be delayed.

What should I enter as the purpose of my bank transfer?

Please enter your order number as the purpose of the transfer.

I have transferred the money, but nothing is happening?

Domestic transfers usually take 2-3 business days—please give us some time to process your order. If you are unsure whether we have received the money, please send us a message using the contact form.

Prepayment: Where can I find your bank details?

If you have purchased on account, the invoice document contains all the information you need to make a transfer. If you have paid in advance, you will find the details in the order confirmation from the web shop at the bottom of the message.

Can I order on account?

We only offer payment on account to loyal existing customers.

How can I redeem a voucher?

You have received a voucher or discount code from us and would now like to redeem it. The code must be redeemed before you proceed to checkout. At the bottom of the shopping cart, you will see a field labeled ”Enter voucher code...". Enter the voucher or discount code in this field. Click on the check mark on the right to save the code. The voucher or discount code will be added to your shopping cart and deducted from the total amount. You can now complete your purchase. If you have any problems with the voucher or discount code, please send us a message using the contact form.

How is my order processed?

Once we have received your order and payment, we will assemble and pack your shipment in our warehouse. We then print a label with the address you provided and hand the package over to the shipping service provider. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email with a link to track your shipment. You can now check the current status of your shipment at any time! If you have not received a link to track your shipment, please send us a message using the contact form.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

When you place an order via the web shop, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. We will also send you emails about status changes to your order in the web shop.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation by email?

Your email inbox may be full. Please check whether you can receive emails. Another possibility is that you entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order. For technical reasons, we cannot resend you emails about status changes. If you have not received any emails about your order in the web shop, please send us a message using the contact form. We recommend that you create a customer account, as registration is only possible with the correct email address.

Why can't I complete my order?

The following requirements must be met in order to complete the order:

• The checkbox for “Agreement to Terms and Conditions” is checked and marked in blue.
• A payment method has been selected. One of the round selection buttons (e.g., prepayment) must be marked in blue.
• A shipping method has been selected. One of the round selection buttons (e.g., standard) must be marked in blue.
• The mandatory fields for the billing and delivery address have been filled in: city, postal code, telephone number. A house number has been entered in the street field.

What happens after I complete my order?

After placing your order in the web shop, you will receive an order confirmation and a summary of your order at the email address you provided.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible as long as we have not yet processed the order. Orders are processed on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. within a short period of time.

We will do our best to stop the order. To ensure that our customers receive their parts as quickly as possible, we process orders immediately. Please understand that cancellation may not be possible.

Can I pick up an order?

You are welcome to pick up your order from us. No shipping costs will be charged for self-collection. To pick up your order, you must first place an order for self-collection in the online shop and wait for us to notify you that the goods are ready for collection.

You can pick up your order Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or by arrangement.

What do I need to bear in mind with express shipping?

For organizational reasons, express shipping is only possible until a certain time. Your goods must be packed and handed over to the shipping service provider in good time.
For DHL Express, the deadline is: Monday to Thursday until 1:30 p.m., Friday until 11:30 a.m.
For DPD Express, the deadline is: Monday to Thursday until 12:00 p.m., Friday until 11:00 a.m.

These deadlines are also displayed when you select the shipping method. If you select express shipping after the deadline, we will unfortunately no longer be able to ship your order as an express package. Instead, we will ship the items as a normal package with the selected shipping service provider.

Of course, we will refund any excess shipping costs you have paid. If you have any questions about express shipping, please send us a message using the contact form.

Do you ship multiple items in one package?

We ship all items in an order in one package. If the package is too heavy for the shipping provider, we will split the order into several packages. If your order contains an item that can only be shipped as bulky goods or by freight forwarder, we will ship it separately. If an item must be shipped as bulky goods or by freight forwarder, you will find a note in the item description.

Do you ship multiple orders in one package?

Yes. Where possible, we ship multiple orders in one package. Please note that we process your order as quickly as possible after receipt. For organizational reasons, it may not be possible to ship multiple orders together in one package, for example, for deliveries abroad with export documents or bulky items. We will refund any excess shipping costs incurred when shipping multiple orders together.

When will my package be shipped?

If we receive your order by 3 p.m. on a business day, it will be shipped the same day! All orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day.

What is a partial delivery?

We want your order to arrive as quickly as possible. If an order cannot leave our warehouse because items are missing, we will split the order into two partial deliveries. We will ship the immediately available part of your order to you right away and the rest after consultation.

When will I receive my package?

Packages within Germany are delivered within 1-3 business days. If there are multiple items, the item with the longest delivery time determines the estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time for Germany is displayed on the item page. For deliveries outside Germany, the estimated delivery time for the respective country applies. You can find an overview in our shipping and payment methods.

How can I see if my order has been shipped?

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will contain a link to track your shipment. Click on the link to check where your package is. If you have not received a link to track your shipment, please send us a message using the contact form.

Can I specify a different delivery address?

Of course, you can specify a different delivery address. In the web shop, go to checkout and click on “Specify a different delivery address” in the “Delivery address” section. Note: The delivery address is saved with your customer account and will be available for future orders. For orders placed by email, please send us your complete delivery address with your name, street and house number, postal code, and city.
In the case of a private sale within the European Union, please note that the VAT rate of the country in which the delivery address is located will be charged.

Can I still change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed?

Changes are possible as long as we have not yet processed your order. Please call us immediately at 0049 4793 957795. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

Why is my order delayed?

Delivery of individual items may be delayed. We continuously update the stock levels in our online store. Due to high demand, some items may sell out faster than we can update the online store. For other items, procurement may take longer than planned. If there is no short-term solution, we will contact you immediately and inform you about the next steps. If you have been waiting for your order for several days, please send us a message using the contact form.

How is my order packaged?

Your order will be shipped in a protective cardboard box. We use boxes in various sizes. For larger parts, such as fenders and side panels, we use special boxes. We prefer environmentally friendly and recycled packaging materials. This protects the environment and is more cost-effective.

Why are the shipping costs for freight forwarding and bulky goods so high?

We are obliged to calculate the shipping costs in the online store. We have determined the costs based on many years of experience. They are calculated according to our shipping and payment methods. The automatically calculated shipping costs may be too high in individual cases. We therefore check the shipping costs when we receive your order. Any excess shipping costs paid will of course be refunded. We regularly negotiate with shipping service providers and try to offer you the most affordable costs for bulky goods and freight forwarding.

Why does shipping take longer for bulky goods?

Bulky goods are packages that do not meet the usual standard. In most cases, these packages are longer than 120 centimeters or have a large volume. Bulky goods are therefore processed manually in the shipping service providers' parcel centers. Furthermore, the parcel carrier must deliver the unwieldy package to you. All of this takes more time than a normal package.

Do I have to accept a damaged package?

No! You should not accept an obviously damaged package and refuse delivery. If you do not refuse delivery, make sure that the delivery person notes the damage in writing (for example, on the reader). Only then should you sign! This is the only way to confirm that the delivery was not proper. Please inform us immediately about the case by sending us a message via the contact form.

I have accepted a damaged package—what now?

Be sure to keep the damaged box. Check your order for completeness. You will find an overview of the items you ordered in the order confirmation that you received from us by email. If any items have been damaged, document the damage with photos. Send us pictures of the packaging, the goods, and the damage by email immediately, including the order number. We must receive your damage report within two days of receiving the package. If you inform us too late or without pictures, compensation for damages is unlikely, as we cannot meet the deadlines of the shipping service providers. As soon as we receive your message, we will take care of everything else.

How is damage to a package handled?

Processing the claim for damages takes one to three weeks and may take longer in individual cases. Once we have settled the damage with the shipping service provider, you will either receive a refund or a replacement delivery. In individual cases, a replacement will of course be provided more quickly.

What are the costs for export?

We only ship abroad with Frankatur 20 (free delivery, duty unpaid, tax unpaid). We pay the freight and export customs clearance, all other costs are borne by you. The shipping costs are displayed in the checkout of the online store. Additional taxes or costs may apply, which must be paid by you to us (e.g., customs clearance) or to the relevant customs or tax authorities (e.g., customs duties).

How long does customs processing take?

Orders under €1,000 are shipped faster as no export documents are required. Orders from €1,000 to €3,499 require export documents and customs processing, which can delay shipping by up to a week. Importation can delay delivery by another 1-2 weeks. Orders over €3500 require duplicate export documents, which is expensive and can delay shipping by several more weeks.

Delays in delivery due to customs clearance

We regularly send packages abroad and have years of experience with customs clearance. We prepare all the necessary information for customs clearance. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the speed and actions of customs processing. Once the package has arrived in your country, the responsibility for working with customs lies with you. We do not take responsibility for importation. Please check the regulations or legal requirements applicable to your country for the item you have ordered (e.g., brake pads). Therefore, please check with the customs authorities in your country before purchasing the item. We will be happy to provide you with the necessary documents, if available.

Do you also deliver to Packstations?

Yes. We deliver to both Packstations and post offices.

What do I need to bear in mind when sending a parcel to a Packstation?

Parcels can only be sent to a DHL Packstation if the delivery address contains the following information:

• Name: Your first and last name
• Street: Packstation [Packstation number]
• Postal code: Postal code of the Packstation
• City: City of the Packstation
• Additional address information: DHL customer number, also known as the postal number

What should I do if I find another shipment in the Packstation when I go to pick up my shipment?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Packstation. A delivery person or customer has made a mistake.

If the Packstation compartment is still open, please place the package back in the compartment and close it.

If you have removed the other shipment, hand in the package at a DHL branch. Please take photos of the shipping label and the shipment in the Packstation compartment or branch. Send these pictures to us by email with the address of the Packstation/branch. We will take care of everything else.

Why haven't I received a tracking number?

It is possible that the tracking number was not transmitted correctly. We apologize for this error. Please send us a message with your order number using the contact form. We will provide you with your tracking number immediately.

My order is delayed despite receiving a tracking number—what should I do?

If the delivery of your order is taking an unusually long time, please send us a message using the contact form. Please make sure that the details on your order are correct and provide a phone number where you can be easily reached. This will allow the shipping service provider to contact you on a daily basis.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you will receive the invoice/credit note with your package. After shipping, you can find orders in the web shop in your customer account.

How do I get a copy of the invoice?

Please send us a message using the contact form. We will send you the invoice by email immediately.

Can I download all invoices from my customer account?

No. If you need an invoice, please send us the desired invoice number/webshop order number using our contact form. We will send you the invoice by email immediately.

Can I have an invoice sent to a different address?

During the ordering process after adding items to your shopping cart, you have the option of specifying different addresses for invoicing and delivery.

What should I do if I have received an incorrect delivery or defective items?

If this happens, please send us a message using the contact form. We will resolve your issue immediately.

How long do I have to complain about an item?

For consumers, you have 14 days after receiving the goods to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

How do I return my order?

Please include the completed return form in the package and send the goods back to us. The goods to be returned should be in their original packaging and undamaged. You can find more information on the Right of Withdrawal page.

Who bears the costs of the return shipment?

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We do not offer free returns ourselves. You can also read about this in our Terms and Conditions.

How does a return work?

Once we have received your return, the goods will first be collected and checked by our staff for completeness and integrity. A credit note will then be issued and the case handed over to the accounting department. The amount will now be refunded as quickly as possible. Please note that we only process returns on Wednesdays . It may therefore take several days for your return to be processed. For legal reasons, refunds can only be made using the same method that was used for the original payment.

When will I receive my refund?

The average processing time for refunds is five to seven business days after we receive your return. Please note that we only process returns on Wednesdays. It may therefore take several days for your return to be processed. Please refrain from making additional inquiries about the processing until then, as this will delay the process.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

Yes. If you need the item urgently, we will send it to you again. You will receive the replacement item with a new invoice.

As soon as we have received and allocated your return, you will receive a credit note or the difference will be transferred back to you. For legal reasons, the refund may only be made using the same method that was used for the original payment.

Are deliveries by shipping companies insured?

Yes! We only use insured shipments when shipping via freight forwarder.

What do I need to bear in mind when accepting a freight forwarder delivery?

Any signature on the freight forwarder's delivery documents without a comment is considered to be acceptance in good order and makes it impossible to make a complaint!

• Prepare yourself for acceptance. Create space to carefully open the goods and check the contents. Have a sharp knife, a camera, and, if necessary, adhesive tape ready.
• Make sure that you or a trusted person is on site when accepting the freight delivery.
• Take pictures of the packaging and delivery.
• In the presence of the driver, check the packaging for visible damage such as dents, tears, or damp spots.
• Count to make sure the number of packages is correct.

Important! Before signing the delivery documents, immediately note any discrepancies or damage in writing on the delivery documents, for example with the note “Accepted with reservation due to damaged film.” Have the driver sign the note.

What should I do if the delivery is damaged?

If you discover that the goods are damaged after checking them upon acceptance, please report this to us immediately. We must report the case within four days of delivery in order to settle the claim.

Can I refuse to accept a delivery from a shipping company?

If the goods are severely damaged, please refuse to accept them. Make a note of this on the delivery note and have the driver sign the note. We also recommend that you take pictures of the packaging and delivery.

How do I order online?

1. Add at least one item to your shopping cart
2. Go to “Checkout” and enter your contact details
3. Please also enter your email address correctly, otherwise you will not receive notification of your order
4. Make sure you enter the correct delivery address, otherwise the package will not reach you.
5. Click on the “Continue” button at the bottom right
6. Select the desired shipping method

9. Confirm the terms and conditions by clicking on the check mark
10. Submit your order

Our recommendation: Register in our web shop! Registration is free of charge. If you place regular orders, you will save yourself the trouble of entering your address details. You can also create different delivery addresses and check your previous orders.

Can I also order using mobile devices?

Yes, you can also order from your cell phone or tablet. Our web shop can be used on your mobile device in the same way as on a traditional desktop computer. If you have any questions about how to use it, please send us a message using the contact form.

How can I save an item?

Log in to your customer account with your login details. On each product page, you will find a heart symbol on the right-hand side. Click on the heart to add the item to your personal wish list. You can access your wish list by clicking on the heart symbol at the top right of the navigation bar, next to the blue icon for your customer account.

Where can I find frequently purchased items?

Log in to your customer account with your login details. Click on “Orders” in the left sidebar. Frequently purchased items are displayed in the “Your items” section. If there are many items, you can use the scroll bar or swipe on a touchscreen to display more items.

Where can I view previous orders?

Log in to your customer account with your login details. Click on “Orders” in the left sidebar. The “Orders” section shows you the orders you have placed via our web shop. You can view the details of an order by clicking on the “Expand” button.

How can I print my shopping cart?

Click on the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner, then click on the “Show shopping cart” button at the bottom of the sidebar. Print this page as a PDF file. Send us the PDF file by email.

“Directly to PayPal” is not working?

There is an error related to the “Directly to PayPal” button. We are not receiving all the necessary data for our web shop from PayPal. We are working on a solution. To work around the error:

1. In the shopping cart, click “Checkout.”
2. Open your address details by clicking on “Change delivery address.”
