Redeem a voucher in four steps

1. Display shopping cart in sidebar

After you have added the desired items to your shopping cart, please go to your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart symbol at the top left.

2. Enter the voucher code

The sidebar will open. Enter your voucher code in the “Enter voucher code” field above the “Checkout” button.

3. Activate voucher

Click on the checkmark to the right of the text field to activate the voucher.

4. Confirmation

Once you have accepted the voucher, you will see a message at the top. The discount will be shown above the total amount.

Shopping cart changes

The voucher is treated by the online store as an additional item. If you have previously added three items to your shopping cart, the shopping cart symbol will show “3”. If you activate a voucher, the display in the shopping cart symbol changes to “4”.

Can I buy any product with the voucher?

That depends on the conditions for redeeming the voucher. You will find information on the requirements on the voucher. We therefore ask you to read the voucher carefully before redeeming it.

If my voucher does not cover the entire invoice amount, how do I pay the remainder?

The remaining amount can be paid using any valid payment method, for example from your PayPal account..

Do the vouchers have an expiration date?

Yes, all vouchers have an expiry date which is printed on the voucher.
