Shipping
(1) No shipping costs will be charged for pickup. For pickup it is mandatory to place a prior order as pickup in the online store as well as a notification from us that the goods are ready for pickup. Pickup of the goods is possible Mon-Thu 8 am - 4 pm, Fri 8 am - 1 pm or by arrangement.
(2) Shipping is at the customer's expense. The shipping costs and delivery times are shown in the following lists for parcel shipping, bulky goods shipping and forwarding agent shipping. The shipping costs are displayed to the customer before their order in the order overview.
(3) We are entitled to make partial deliveries to a reasonable extent. In the case of partial deliveries, the customer shall only bear the shipping costs that would have been incurred in the event of full delivery of the ordered goods.
(4) If an item cannot be delivered because we are not supplied correctly or on time by our supplier through no fault of our own, despite the supplier's contractual obligation, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we shall inform the customer immediately that the ordered goods are not available and any available and reimburse any payments already made without delay.
(5) Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
(6) The customer is obliged to ensure that only he himself or persons of legal age authorized by him to accept the authorized persons of legal age to accept delivery of the goods. The customer shall indemnify Maria Habeck Autoteile GmbH from third-party claims arising from the breach of this obligation.
(7) If the customer is in default of acceptance or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, Maria Habeck Autoteile GmbH is Habeck Autoteile GmbH is entitled to demand compensation for the resulting damage, including any additional expenses. to demand compensation. (8) The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item passes to the customer at the time at which the customer defaults on acceptance.
(9) No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery to non-EU countries
(1) When shipping to non-EU countries, German sales tax is not charged in accordance with Section 4 Paragraph 1 a of the VAT Act. You will therefore initially only receive an invoice from us for the net value of the goods and shipping costs.
(2) The shipping costs we offer include the export accompanying document, import duty and transport. Up to a value of goods of 1000 EUR and a weight of 1000 kg, it is not necessary to create an export accompanying document.
(3) When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please ask the relevant authorities for details.

Information on delivery by freight forwarder
(1) Delivery is made by truck and "free curbside", i.e. up to the public curb closest to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Please note that the delivery of the goods to the delivery address "free curbside" cannot be carried out by the forwarding company in the following cases due to the lack of accessibility for trucks:
- The delivery address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street that is designated as a traffic-calmed area / "play street", and/or
- The delivery address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street that is prohibited for vehicles with a permissible total weight of 40 tons, and/or
- The delivery address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street that is narrower than 3.25 meters or that is restricted to a passage width of less than 3.25 meters at a point that has to be passed during delivery at the time of delivery due to obstacles such as parked vehicles or a construction site. and/or
- The delivery address is in a dead end.
If one of the above-mentioned special features applies to the desired delivery address or if you are unsure about it, please contact our customer service by phone or email before placing an order to clarify whether and to which location a delivery can be made.
(2) Please also note that it is necessary for you to be personally present at the delivery address when the goods are delivered by the shipping company. Firstly, because you must confirm the delivery of the goods in writing. Secondly, the unloading of the goods requires your assistance in such a way that you physically support the shipping company employee in unloading the goods from the truck to the curb. You must therefore be physically able to lift a weight of up to 30 kilograms.
(3) Finally, please note that no specific desired time for delivery can be agreed. The shipping company will agree with you a delivery on a desired day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in a time window from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Your presence at the delivery address is required during the entire time window. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the delivery time more precisely.
(4) The prices at the time of the order apply. All prices include the applicable German VAT.
(5) Shipping is at the customer's expense. The shipping costs by shipping company are shown to the customer on the order overview before they place their order. The shipping costs by shipping company are calculated for each country based on the greatest possible distance. For shorter distances - and therefore lower shipping costs - we will refund the shipping costs paid in excess.
(6) Payment is generally made at the customer's discretion via Paypal Standard or prepayment. The corresponding costs are indicated to the customer on the overview page before placing the order.
(7) The customer is only entitled to set-off rights with claims that are undisputed by us or have been legally established against us. The customer is only entitled to exercise a right of retention to the extent that his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

We process payment by direct debit via PayPal through our service provider PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you issue PayPal with a direct debit mandate.
You will be informed by PayPal about the date on which your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal requests its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and your account is debited.
SEPA Direct Debit / Bank Transfer via PayPal is a service of the third-party provider PayPal Europe S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (“PayPal”). This service is subject to the terms of use defined by PayPal, which can be accessed on the PayPal website at the following address https://www.paypal.com.
PayPal - Pay later
PayPal installment payment: You conclude an installment contract with PayPal. PayPal installment payment is possible from an order value of €99 up to a maximum of €5,000.
PayPal payment in 30 days: PayPal grants you a one-off payment deferral of 30 days under certain conditions. PayPal payment in 30 days is possible from an order value of €1 up to a maximum of €2,000.
Check whether the PayPal option “Pay later” / “Pay in 30 days” is available in our store. Select the desired option, submit the application and confirm your details. You then agree to the credit check and accept the agreement. Make a binding application for the PayPal installment payment / payment in 30 days you have selected. Finally, confirm your purchase in our store.
The final check and approval of your installment contract or deferred payment is then the responsibility of PayPal. We have no influence on whether the contract between you and PayPal comes into effect. When paying by credit card, payment is processed by our payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands (“Mollie”), to whom we pass on the information about your order including name, address, account number, bank code, credit card number if applicable, invoice amount, currency and transaction number. Your data will only be passed on for the purpose of payment processing with the payment service provider Mollie. In order to process payments, mollie may use other payment services for which special payment terms may apply, to which the customer may be informed separately.

Apple Pay and Google Pay
With your purchase confirmation, you submit a payment order directly to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prepayment
If you select the “Prepayment” payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation email. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 14 days.
If payment is not made on time, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. Please be sure to state the number of your order in the reference field of the bank transfer.
The ordered goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment.
Invoice
By purchasing on invoice, you can place your order in our store simply and easily. After receiving the goods, pay the invoice to our account within 14 days. Be sure to state the number of your order in the reference field of the bank transfer.
Please note that invoice purchase is only available to registered and selected customers. Payment on account is possible after three successfully completed orders.
Maria Habeck Autoteile GmbH is responsible for deciding whether and for how long the invoice payment method is made available and according to which criteria it is checked.
Payment
(1) The prices at the time of the order apply. All prices include the applicable German statutory value added tax.
(2) Payment is always made at the customer's discretion. The corresponding costs are indicated to the customer on the overview page before the order is placed.
(3) The customer shall only be entitled to offset claims that are undisputed by us or have been legally established against us. The customer is only authorized to exercise a right of retention to the extent that his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
