Shipping and payment
Shipping
(1) No shipping costs are charged for pickup. To collect the goods, you must have placed a prior order for pickup in the online shop and receive notification from us that the goods are ready for pickup. You can pickup the goods yourself Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or by individual arrangement.
(2) Shipping is at the customer's expense. The shipping costs and delivery times are listed in the following lists for parcel shipping, bulky goods shipping and freight forwarding. The shipping costs are shown to the customer on the order overview before they place their order.
(3) We are entitled to make partial deliveries to a reasonable extent. In the case of partial deliveries, the customer only has to pay the shipping costs that would have been incurred if the ordered goods had been delivered in full.
(4) If an article is not available because our supplier does not deliver correctly or on time despite their contractual obligation through no fault of our own, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will immediately inform the customer that the ordered goods are not available and immediately refund any payments already made.
(5) Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from the warehouse to the delivery address specified by the buyer.
(6) The customer is obliged to ensure that only he or adults authorized by him to accept the delivery accept the delivery of the goods. The customer indemnifies Maria Habeck Autoteile GmbH against claims by third parties that arise from the violation of this obligation.
(7) If the customer defaults on acceptance or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, Maria Habeck Autoteile GmbH is entitled to demand compensation for the resulting damage, including any additional expenses. Further claims remain reserved.
(8) The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item passes to the customer at the time at which the customer defaults on acceptance.
(9) No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery to non-EU countries
(1) When shipping to non-EU countries, German sales tax is not calculated in accordance with Section 4 Paragraph 1 a of the VAT Act. You will therefore initially only receive an invoice from us for the net value of the goods and shipping costs.
(2) The shipping costs we offer include the export accompanying document, import duty and transport. Up to a goods value of 1000 EUR and a weight of 1000 kg, it is not necessary to create an export accompanying document.
(3) When shipping to a non-EU country, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please ask the relevant authorities for details.

Bulky goods shipping
Shipping as an oversized package. Due if the order contains at least one bulky goods item. Bulky goods exceed the dimensions of 60 x 60 x 120 cm including packaging, no dimensions are longer than 200 cm and/or a girth measurement of less than 320 cm.

Shipping with freight forwarding. Due if the order contains at least one freight forwarding item. The item exceeds a length of 200 cm and/or a girth of 320 cm, including packaging.

Notes on delivery by freight forwarder
(1) Delivery is made by truck and "free curbside", i.e. up to the public curb closest to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Please note that the delivery of the goods to the delivery address "free curbside" cannot be carried out by the forwarding company in the following cases due to the lack of accessibility for trucks:
- The delivery address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street that is designated as a traffic-calmed area / "play street", and/or
- The delivery address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street that is prohibited for vehicles with a permissible total weight of 40 tons, and/or
- The delivery address is located on a street or can only be reached via a street that is narrower than 3.25 meters or that is restricted to a passage width of less than 3.25 meters at a point that has to be passed during delivery at the time of delivery due to obstacles such as parked vehicles or a construction site. and/or
- The delivery address is in a dead end.
If one of the above-mentioned special features applies to the desired delivery address or if you are unsure about it, please contact our customer service by phone or email before placing an order to clarify whether and to which location a delivery can be made.
(2) Please also note that it is necessary for you to be personally present at the delivery address when the goods are delivered by the shipping company. Firstly, because you must confirm the delivery of the goods in writing. Secondly, the unloading of the goods requires your assistance in such a way that you physically support the shipping company employee in unloading the goods from the truck to the curb. You must therefore be physically able to lift a weight of up to 30 kilograms.
(3) Finally, please note that no specific desired time for delivery can be agreed. The shipping company will agree with you a delivery on a desired day from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) in a time window from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Your presence at the delivery address is required during the entire time window. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the delivery time more precisely.
(4) The prices at the time of the order apply. All prices include the applicable German statutory value added tax.
(5) Shipping is at the customer's expense. The shipping costs by the shipping company are stated to the customer beforeThe shipping costs by forwarding agent are calculated for each country based on the greatest possible distance. For shorter distances - and therefore lower shipping costs - we will refund the overpaid shipping costs.
(6) Payment is generally made by Paypal Standard or advance payment at the customer's discretion. The corresponding costs are indicated to the customer on the overview page before the order is placed.
(7) The customer is only entitled to set-off rights with claims that are undisputed by us or have been legally established against us. The customer is only entitled to exercise a right of retention to the extent that his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
Payment methods and payment
1) The prices at the time of the order apply. All prices include the applicable German statutory VAT.
(2) Payment is generally made at the customer's discretion via Paypal Standard, advance payment or cash on delivery. If payment is made by cash on delivery, additional costs of € 8.38 are incurred, which must be borne by the customer. The corresponding costs are indicated to the customer on the overview page before the order is placed.
(3) The customer is only entitled to set-off rights with claims that are undisputed by us or have been legally established against us. The customer is only entitled to exercise a right of retention to the extent that his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
